Online backup services via SOSonline
IT services provided include remote connection to your computer or server (using Remote Desktop); help desk support via telephone or via Skype, TeamViewer, remote connection and on-site visits whenever you need us. Round-the-clock IT services do NOT require an annual contract and is a substantial discount over being billed at our normal hourly rate.
These days, the computer ranks right up there with your other necessity, the automobile. Since you need it and we know it's importaint to you, we do our very best to give you an awesome experience, providing you with continuous feedback and communication. We service, install and sell desktops, laptops, printers, Point of Sale Systems and security camera systems; we provide support for recurring items such as ink; provide round the clock IT services (onsite and remotely) so that your business stays up and running all at reasonable and negotiable prices to help you in this economy.
We are happy to make house calls, but if you are on a tight schedule and can't be present, you may drop it off at our location or we can do pickup and delivery. Whatever works best for you!

Diagnostic services are free with the following condition: If diagnostic services are performed, and you decide not to have the recommended service performed, a charge of $60 will be assessed. If you do decide to have the recommended service performed, then the $60 diagnostic fee will be waived.
